Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your Umrah package.

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Umrah HuB. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the "Pilgrim" or "User") and Umrah HuB regarding your access to and use of our website and booking marketplace.

By accessing the platform and booking a package, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.

2. The Role of Umrah HuB

Important Clarification of Liability

Umrah HuB acts strictly as a marketplace aggregator and booking facilitator. We connect you with verified, independent Umrah travel operators. We are not a direct tour operator, airline, or hotel management company.

Because our platform facilitates bookings between you and third-party vendors, the actual travel contract is between you and the respective travel operator. Umrah HuB is not directly liable for the physical execution of the tour, flight delays, or on-ground service disruptions.

3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

When you book a package through our platform, you agree to the following financial terms:

  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices listed for Double, Triple, or Quad sharing are based on real-time availability and flight tariffs. Prices are subject to change until a formal booking deposit is made and confirmed by the vendor.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable booking deposit is usually required to initiate Visa processing and secure airline blocks.
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment must be cleared according to the schedule provided by the specific travel operator (usually 15 to 20 days prior to departure).

4. Travel Documents and Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the pilgrim to ensure their documents are accurate and legally valid for travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of your intended return journey.
  • Biometrics & Health: Pilgrims must comply with Saudi Arabia’s current biometric registration requirements (via the Saudi Visa Bio app) and any mandatory vaccination requirements (such as Meningitis or COVID-19).
  • Visa Rejections: If an Umrah Visa or E-Visa is rejected by the Saudi authorities due to previous overstays, incorrect documentation, or governmental discretion, Umrah HuB and the tour operator are not liable. Visa processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel operator you select. However, the standard marketplace policy is as follows:

  • Pre-Visa Issuance: If cancelled before the visa is applied for, a partial refund will be provided minus administrative fees and non-refundable flight deposits.
  • Post-Visa Issuance: Once the Umrah visa is issued and flights are ticketed, packages are generally 100% Non-Refundable.
  • No refunds will be granted for unused services, including missed flights, unused hotel nights, or skipped Ziyarat tours.

6. Hotel and Flight Changes

Travel operators reserve the right to modify flight schedules or substitute hotels if operational necessities arise (e.g., hotel overbooking in Makkah/Madinah, airline schedule changes).

If a hotel change occurs, the vendor is obligated to provide an accommodation of an equal or higher star rating within a similar distance to the Haram. Umrah HuB will assist in mediating any disputes but does not hold financial liability for vendor substitutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umrah HuB, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Accidents, illnesses, or injuries occurring during the pilgrimage.
  • Loss, damage, or delay of baggage by airlines or transport providers.
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, or decisions by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
